Emanuel Tschumi


Emanuel Tschumi (b. 1964) graduated as a visual designer from the Höhere Schule für Gestaltung, Zürich, in 1988. He then worked as an art director for various print media (Fabrikzeitung, Strapazin, Hochparterre) and advertising agencies (Atelier Jaquet, Bern; Jeanmaire & Michel, Bern; Eclat, Erlenbach) in the 1990s. In 1997 he founded his own studio in Basel together with Max Küng (Tschumi, Küng). He was art director at "Das Magazin" from 2003 to 2005. In 2005 he became a freelance graphic designer in Zürich.
